Hi. I’m Samantha Tillinghast, CEO of MacGuffen Research.
Since 1859, MacGuffen has been a trailblazer in historical preservation and analysis. We were, and remain to this day, the first and only private artifact excavation program here in Temecula, California.
Our founder was a man of many talents; he was a musician, a scientist, an explorer. But whenever my family speaks of him, he’s simply “Grandpa C”. I am of course several generations too late to have met Grandpa C, but I have the honor of continuing what he started nearly 200 years ago. He had a vision for this organization, and he believed the answer lay somewhere in Temecula.
Now, with the assistance of our relentlessly hard-working team, we have succeeded in locating the first of seven presumed components to the “MacGuffen Device”. We hope you will join us on the journey to uncover the rest.
UPDATE: Funding is now closed. A very generous party has officially partnered with us, and public donations to MacGuffen Research Institute are no longer required.
